Básicamente porque trabajáis con una empresa de reparto lamentable. No es que no me hayan entregado el paquete aún, es que ni lo han intentado e incluso me atrevería a decir que ni se han acercado. No he recibido llamada alguna, ni aviso ni explicaciones. Seur es pésimo y sus trabajadores unos sinvergüenzas. Ya si eso, cuando reciba el artículo el año que viene...os valoro positivamente.
Desastre de servicio al cliente. El paquete tardó en despacharse una eternidad, así que lo cancelé pero han hecho caso omiso a los 5 emails que les he escrito y han enviado el paquete.

Estampados de calidad. Pero echo en falta gamas de gramaje superior a 210 g. Crearía alguna línea GOLD o DIAMOND PREMIUM de 230 y 250g que además llevarán bordados el logo Billabong en bicolor o tricolor, centrado en el pecho, aunque siempre minimalista. Algún bordado pequeño centrado, también bajo la nuca, en la espalda. La etiqueta lateral, tendría un color exclusivo distintivo para esa gama ALTA. Pienso que camisetas de 160g, por muy bueno que sea el algodón, queda fuera de la catalogación PREMIUM. La web no muestra la altura de los modelos, ni la talla que visten para orientar. Debería permitir la ordenación de camisetas por gramaje 160, 180, 210... Son algunas recomendaciones de un apasionado de la marca desde sus comienzos.

La taille est beaucoup plus grande que le standard et il n'y a aucune indication sur le site pour aiguiller le choix.
Trabajáis lento y no cumplís los tiempos de expedición de los envios. 1 semana para preparar un paquete es de chiste, nunca he visto nada parecido en una empresa de representación mundial. Vergonzoso

Ho messo 2 perché tuttosommato é un prodotto buono, ma avendo usato sempre costumi billabong, il fatto che abbiano cambiato il materiale e anche un po la silouette dei costumi e le taglie, non mi piace affatto, questo materiale elastico a mio parere é davvero fastidioso, le taglie sono diverse dai billabong in vecchio stile, perciò non utilizzero billabong nuovi mai più. Per chi ama i costumi elasticizzati sono sicuramente ottimi. Ma per me é stata una perdita di tempo con resi ecc..io amo i vecchi billabong fatti con materiale soffice, silouette baggy e disegni ipnotici perciò fino a quando non cambiate avete un cliente in meno. In fine avete fatto un lancio di un costume in vecchio stile modello “a.i rising sun pro” che é subito andato sold out, il che ha permesso a diversi speculatori di poter tenerseli fermi a casa in attesa di rivenderli al triplo del prezzo mentre chi ne voleva un pezzo é rimasto a mani vuote. PESSIMO.

It was a good product at a fair price. However, it took almost three weeks to arrive. My enquiries to customer services resulted in a standard terms-and-conditions response and then a we-are-very-busy response and no help whatsoever. In summary: product, fine; service, poor.
