Bonjour je n ai jamais reçu ma commande.j ai reçu un mail me disant que me livraison avait eu lieu et que mon colis etait dans ma boîte aux lettres mais ma boîte aux lettres étaient vide. J ai envoyé 2 messages au service clients, j'ai eu comme simple réponse : demandez à vos voisins si la commande n a pas été livrée chez eux.Depuis je n ai plus aucune nouvelle.

Discovered a hole in one of the dresses I'd ordered. Unfortunately I had already washed it. I've emailed multiple times asking if it can be returned as faulty, but I've had no response to my emails other than automated. I will never buy from this company again.

The product wasn't very good, so I returned it last week and am still waiting for the refund to be issued. No communication from you so tracked the returned parcel with evri and discovered it's still not arrived. Tried to contact your customer service to enquire what the issue was and when a refund might be issued and only got sent help pages. Very poor customer service and a disappointing shopping experience
