Snel geleverd en voldoet aan de verwachtingen
12€ expressversand gezahlt damit die Sachen sicher vorm Urlaub ankommen, hat aber über eine Woche länger gedauert… und weder auf der App noch auf der Homepage war die Bestellung sinnvoll zu trocken. Stornieren ließ sie sich auch nicht. Nie wieder online shoppen! Der eine Punkt geht raus weil ich grundsätzlich mit der Qualität der Kleidung zufrieden bin.

je n'ai jamais reçu le produit, car il a été renvoyé sans que je sois informée de la tentative de livraison, ni qu'il soit disponible à un point de collecte. La commande a tout simplement été annulée, sans que je ne demande rien, et on m'a retiré les frais de port dans le remboursement, alors que je n'ai jamais renvoyé le produit.

Ik vind de kleding leuk maar ik heb mijn broek nog altijd niet ontvangen omdat er onderweg iets gebeurd is met het pakket. Ik heb gemaild maar nog altijd geen inhoudelijke reactie ontvangen.

The product was not as described, and under EU law, I should be able to return it for free. Still, I was charged £5, and had no option to describe that it is not what I ordered.
