The quality of snowboard bindings isn't great. When I went to get them swapped out due to the toe strap not holding on one of my boots, I was told it's due to the ice and not removing it. After back and forth until the employee walked off and said in a rude tone I'll replace them if that makes you happy, I had no issues with them sliding off, only for now the strap to snap off.

The staff. They are brilliant.
Cela fait plus de 30 ans que nous louons notre matériel de ski au magasin intersport de Morzine super Morzine ». Le responsable de la boutique n'est jamais très souriant ou amical mais cette année il a été particulièrement odieux. Nous n'y retournons plus !
Good service but I am far from convinced that the upgrade in ski package I paid for actually translated to better skis. There was a rack of skis and it seemed to me that whatever anyone paid for allowed them to select the exact same skis
Easy to book and good service on collection
Excellent service always
Le matériel proposé ne correspondait pas à la gamme réservé et payé
Great location, friendly staff and good quality equipment.
Excellent service - very polite and efficient
Great service - only issue was not knowing had to take a physical credit card into store (rather than being able to use ApplePay)
Great service and location
We have used this store in Morzine many times, due to its excellent location next to the Super Morzine cable car and because the staff in the shop are always super friendly and very helpful. This year was no different. Highly recommend.
Satisfaite
Just a srep away from the main gondola or catch the train for Le Plenny. Best location ever. Staff sre brilliant and so helpful
Lovely staff and very comfortable boots.
equipment of excellent quality and the staff very knowledgeable friendly cannot do enough to made your experience so enjoyable and relaxing.
Great location next to super Morzine lift but On the email booking confirmation you send you need to say “bring your physical bank card - not a revolut or monzo card - so we can take details for a deposit.” Not doing so risks ruining the start of your customers ski day as they trudge back to get their card. The guy on the front desk shrugging wasn't the best customer experience I ever had. But eventually, when we sorted that, the guy in the boot room was charming and the equipment good quality.
Easy process on check-in and return
Quick and easy process. Very friendly staff, good facilities and equipment.
