Ordered "gold" package skis, skis were old battered things that were longest they had, still not long enough for my height, even though pre ordered on Internet. Poor selection of skis old even if order premium ski package

The quality of snowboard bindings isn't great. When I went to get them swapped out due to the toe strap not holding on one of my boots, I was told it's due to the ice and not removing it. After back and forth until the employee walked off and said in a rude tone I'll replace them if that makes you happy, I had no issues with them sliding off, only for now the strap to snap off.
Staff were great and very organised.
