Fabulous location , 1 minute walk from the telecabin. Quick, helpful, friendly service when collecting , changing and returning equipment. All 9 boots and skis hired were comfortable and good skiing was had by all levels of skiers. Julian was particularly patient, friendly and helpful.

Sold out of the all-mountain skis so gave me less quality and inappropriate skis for the condition. Next time, please update the website accordingly if stock isn't sufficient. Also, if I reserved online, I expect to have that type of skis to be available. Nice employees tho.
The website was easy to navigate, the guys in the store were lovely, amazing, wonderful, and funny. The skis were great and we were able to change them easily

Great service from Nicolas and the team. And the shop is just a few metres from the Super Morzine lift, a 2 minute walk from the free shuttle bus (U) and 30 seconds from the Super Morzine to Pleney “choo choo train”
