Abrupt and somewhat rude service by small gentleman at Supermorzine shop. It was busy on the Saturday but quiet when I returned on the Tuesday and his behaviour was the same. It is not clear that a physical credit card is required for a deposit - Apple Pay refused even though I offered to pay the full value of the skis ? Returned skis a day early and one day refund declined. Accompanied a friend around the corner to a family run business with a friendly service. I know where I'll be going next year !
Personnel très serviable et efficace, situation juste à côté de la télécabine de Super-Morzine et du train pour le Pleney. Possibilité de laisser les skis pendant la nuit.
Service smile and friendly knowledgeable staff
We had a great experience - it is in a great location, equipment was fab, and they changed my partner's boots when they were uncomfortable after the first day. It is very helpful to be able to store equipment overnight too and saved us carrying them back to our accommodation! Only thing is there should be a reminder to bring a physical payment card, as this is needed to collect equipment and lots of people like us didn't know.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I found my boots uncomfortable on the first day and it was no trouble to change them to a better pair.

friendly, good gear and best location but it does get very busy so choose your time carefully
Location super handy, overnight equipment storage great, staff helpful. Opening at 08:30 not before the first lift means lots of queues. Not much equipment available despite pre-booking. Didn't get on well with the snowboard boots and bindings so got really sore ankles.

Amazing service. The boot room and seating is a bit of a squeeze in rush hour. But apart from that the shop is great with an amazing location
