Equipment was old and very poor quality, the snowboard was the wrong size but they didn't have the correct size. I paid for premium equipment but everyone got the same kit. Mi friends who shied had to change boots as they were terrible and one of them had skis that had the bindings in the wrong place.

Boots were old and I couldn't find a pair that gripped my legs properly. I tried 2 different pairs and they were both loose around my calves.
Excellent service and storage. Skiis were waxed after 1 day to improve them; storage for skis/sticks was available at the shop right next to the Super Morzine gondola.
