When I arrived on the mountain, my bindings had not been adjusted at all. They were for ski boots 5 sizes larger than mine. When I went back to Intersport that afternoon, they told me they were busy and I'd have to come back the next day at 5pm. I had to ask another person to intervene to get help. Staff was all incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for advice about which style skis to use in the snow conditions, staff was not helpful and told me it was “up to me” and “based on my preference.” I asked them to explain what the differences would be and they told me again “personal preference.” Entirely unhelpful, sloppy, and rude in their service and product.

Some of the most rude staff I've ever encountered. They didn't even adjust our ski bindings so they were the wrong size - very dangerous! Go somewhere else to rent your skis

We were advised by a terrific person who helped to choose the skies for a difficult weather and also gave advises on details of skiing that helped us to have great time. I would never choose this model myself but I next time I will try to take this model again.

The team were really helpful when we needed to switch to wider ski's half way through the week for our Vallee Blanche descent. They also provided crampons (10eur) for us to use. Really knowledgeable and friendly team.
