Qualité de l'équipement et du service. Bien que nous ayons dû faire la file lors de l'essai de l'équipement, on venait régulièrement nous voir pour nos offrir quelque chose à boire ou une collation et on n'essayait pas de nous presser.

All of the staff I dealt with were really excellent and cannot be faulted. There was quite a queue to collect my skis on the Friday morning which took a while to clear but the staff were good at trying to speed things up and hand out refreshments. Also the skis seemed quite old and tired when I had gone for the “Gold” ski pack.

Très bon accueil et service, cependant il y avait beaucoup trop de monde dans la boutique donc je ne vois pas l'intéret de réserver sur internet. Il faudrait 2 files d'attente: une pour les réservations et une pour ceux qui n'ont pas de booking sur internet.

The collection process was very slow. The queuing system was poor. Despite only needing to collect skiis we had to wait for the people in front to try on several boots before we could move up the line. People would then rejoin the line in front of us instead of behind us after they had finally found their boots.

Very good service and happy with the equipment.
Skis did not have a great edge but were strongly waxed. Could fly down the mountain but have no ability to turn. All of my other friends who rented from here experienced the same.
