Efficient service, I needed to change my boots after the first day and there was no issue with boots changed quickly. 
The quality and conditions of our rental equipment we felt was incredibly poor. We paid for the more premium rentals and don't feel we received anything above basic equipment. Two of us had to change out our skis after the first day as they were so poor. The conditional of the rentals was also shocking with chips, chunks missing and scratches everywhere.
The skies were sticking , not properly waxed. Not good ski experience with the gear

Le matériel était moins bien que l'année dernière. Pas de chaussures de ski adaptée au pied de ma fille. Les snowboards sont un peu vieux.

Ještě nikdy jsem nezažil, abych - i přesto, že si lyže rezervujete dopředu - čekal na vyzvednutí lyží více než hodinu. To se nám stalo tuto sobotu. Fronta čekajících lidí vedla ze suterénu až na hlavní ulici, lyže velmi průměrné kvality, servis lidé spíše nevlídní. Tento Intersport určitě ne!

The experience in store to collect my skis was great… but when getting to the top of Grand Montets the next morning and trying to clip into my skis for the first time, it was evident that the ski tech hadn't adjusted my skis bindings for my ski boot on the second ski - and it wouldn't clip in. HUGELY FRUSTRATING and evidence of poor service
