Personnel souriant, polis et très sympa. Malgré l'affluence très importante, ils ont su rendre tout l'expérience agréable et nous donner tous les conseils sur l'équipement.

The staff were brilliant. I've been to other inter sports with terrible staff (Chatel!) but in Chamonix they were so helpful. The queue was long at fitting but they were giving snacks and drinks and were very organised. Great shop.

The boot fitting made a huge difference to my skiing. In the past it has usually taken a few attempts to get it right because of subtle differences between manufacturers.

The process was good but I didn't have my booking voucher available because my email was down, however the shop didn't have any way to find my booking. Which made the process slow and stressful.
