The kid who first helped me was completely incompetent. I told him I wanted skis that were at least 90 mm wide. He said they didn't carry those (not true) and forced an 82 mm ski on me. He tried to set my bindings at a DIN 6, which would have broken my legs had I fallen (I'm a 4.5-5.0 at most). Luckily I know my setting and prevented him from doing so, even though he swore he was right.
I went back the next day totally unhappy with the skis and thankfully got a more knowledgeable employee who got me what I wanted, AND who said even if he put me at the most aggressive level, I wouldn't be more than a 5.
This shop needs to make sure ALL of their employees are properly trained.
Also, the rental area is a crowded nightmare in the afternoon.

Process was easy and the staff were friendly and made sure everything was right.
Before I rented I read a few negative reviews about the attitude of the staff. No idea where this came from as all of the guys I spoke to were absolutely spot. Super friendly and even came over to check how I'd go on when I returned my kick.
Will use for every ski trip now.
Very quick rental process especially if you have your own boots. Staff knowledgeable regarding ski choice best suited for type of terrain and ability. Wide range of skis. I would rent from Intersport again.

La atención fue buena, los equipos no eran de la mejor calidad. Las botas estaban sucias y mojadas. Las fijaciones estaban bien pero la tabla de snow no era de las mejores, era muy de principiante para el nivel que yo adquiri.

L'accueil est très jeune et sympathique mais on a l'impression d'etre à l'usine. Et puis la réservation d'un matériel supérieur j'ai eu des chaussures premier prix, un peu inconfortable mais surtout mois précise techniquement . J'aurais pu sûrement les changer mais je n'étais pas à côté.

Great service I bought my own boots shortly after hire no prob to get skis adjusted for new boots
Roman the team member who helped us with our boots was amazing. He didn't tire when we did not quite he just kept going until we found the right boot. He absolutely made the experience for us. The equipment was better than in 2025 so that made skiing much better as skis were sharp and able to cut in when necessary
