Service was prompt, but the skis were in very bad shape, and I did not see any difference between the basic package and the gold package selected other than price. The skis looked like they were hit by rocks for years.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Their attention to detail was first rate and spent a lot of time sorting my granddaughters boots for her. Well done all at Chamonix!
Everyone was very helpful and polite and they patiently helped me find the right pair of ski boots for my very picky feet! Very professional and kind staff! I will definitely use them again!

Dem arrival to departure the staff were really helpful. In particular Guillaume as he helped out family with great insight and was really helpful when we had to change out some of our kit.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
