I have not received my order and no one is attending to my complaint. How on earth do you order shoes, tracking says it's in transit to me. DC shoes sent an email saying order has been delivered.

There is zero communication as to where my order is after 2 weeks
My shoes were not delivered by the chosen delivery company. Dc shoes have not acknowledged any support requests and continue to ignore me

Volle Punktzahl hätte ich vergeben, wenn ich bei einer Express Bestellung mit Aufpreis meine Ware auch Express erhalte und nicht ein Woche später. Dienstag bestellt und Montag darauf erhalten für 15 Euro mehr ist ne Ansage und muss mit 3 Punkten Abzug bewertet werden.

Ein Teil fehlte Antwort vom Support weiter ausstehend (48h) Direkt nach Bestellung Rabatt, der bisher im Nachhinein nicht gewährt wurde
My order never arrived, contacting customer services was difficult and emails were automated replies. DC Shoes need a live chat function for UK residents. I will not buy from here again and wouldn't recommend, I am still waiting for a response from another complaint email as the first pair of shoes fell apart, still waiting for a resolution 4 weeks later!

My order is lost and customer service is abysmal. I have no responses to any of my three enquiries seeking help locating my order!

Ordered on the 21st May and had to chase up DPD who said it had been returned to DC Shoes, sent several emails to chase my order and had no response, had to go hunting for a telephone number who said its been returned and had to have a refund and a discount code, but surely it'll happen again
I have still not received my order and no one is replying to my emails asking for help with the issue.

Ive not received my order despite multiple emails and a enquiry from PayPal, ive been a loyal dc customer for 20+ years and frankly your customer care is embarrassing . I'll take my custom elsewhere.
