Item not delivered, conflicting delivery information and non existent customer service. No direct contact only email and they dont reply. No option to cancel or anything literally just stuck. Beyond a joke

I haven't received my order, the tracking info is a mess and no one is replying to my emails. It's so frustrating because I love your trainers so much and don't want to post a negative review.
I never received my order and all my requests as to why or for a refund have been ignored
I am still waiting for my trainers ordered on 3rd June, shipped on 6th June. Sent an email yesterday morning and still waiting for a response from DC Shoes, absolutely dreadful service.
My shoes seem to have been sent to the wrong address and now they are completely ignoring my emails, sadly, even though I love DC shoes, I don't recommend buying from here based on my experience when it all goes wrong, customer care is terrible.

You sent them out with the address as only EH42 1GG, DPD sent them back to you on 11 June. I dont have my shoes you have my money and you have never updated me. I have emailed and then complained not even an acknowledgement from you. WTF is going on with your company! Email me and send me my shoes!

Never received my order/ tracking number they provided with dpd never existed (I contacted dpd for clarification) and after emailing several times I've had no response even after asking for a refund it's been an absolute joke would never advise anyone to buy from them
Have not received my items
Order tracking showed as delivered when I hadnt received it. Contacted support. First response just gave me the same tracking link again. No response to my reply asking for a better response in four days
Theyre exactly as shown online and theyre SOOO good!!!
