Always a quick delivery of my orders.
I have not received my order. I have sent two emails to chase but ended up going to DPD to chase. My order has been returned to you due to a customs error and never entered the UK. At this point I requested a refund and ended up getting an email to tell me my order was delayed and still on its way, but no refund/cancellation.

They have not been delivered.
It isn't specified that you may have to wait longer for some items to be shipped over from another country which may cause delays in recieving your full order. Though the delivery is fast if coming from the same country you actually live
Shoes have not been received, no customs information was provided with the parcel so they never left Belgium. Emails to DC have been completely unanswered other than automated responses.
The order i made on the 6/5/2026has still not arrived 21/6/2026. i have emailed the company 4or 5 times and the problem has still not been resolved.... ive had no answer to my emails no communication from the company at all very poor customer service

I did not receive my order. And no reply's to emails regarding my delivery.
Haven't received trainers. No communication. Been around 3 weeks waiting now.

I still haven't received my order and despite contacting customer services 3 times, I've had no response.

Marked as delivered but did not arrive. Support does not answer my emails. Many others have had the same problem. Either you are having bad problems or are a scam.
Parcel hasn't been scanned in over a week. I haven't received it and cannot speak with anyone your side to find on what is going on
I've bought DC shoes for years. The Court Graffik are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I've been buying them for over 20 years now.

Ordered a pair of trainers and they somehow messed up the delivery process and I've waited nearly 2 weeks for them with barely any customer support definitely would be very anxious to order again

Delivery
Terrible experience, received no notifications for order being out for delivery. After the 5 business days had passed I attempted to contact and received no response. After 10 business days have passed I still had no response and contacted dpd directly who informed me that they would never have been able to deliver my order as it has been given to them without my address but with only a postcode to delivery too. Therefore the package has gone missing and it will be down to yourselves to launch an enquiry which of course your not doing as there has been no attempted to look into my missing parcel from my enquiry sent.
I have not received my order, despite it being placed 14 days ago, and have no idea where it is as the tracking information supplied is incorrect. I have not had a response to any queries submitted via the Contact Us page of the website and only managed to speak to someone once via an unpublished phone number provided via PayPal. Ridiculously bad customer service and would advise all to stay well away.

Not received the item and you are not getting back to me when I have sent you an email about this
Not received item. Tracking just says being returned to sender. No response to email to customer services. Customer services phone number doesn't work. Rubbish experience.
