Half my items were coming from Europe , I didn't know this when I ordered. If I had I would not have ordered them. We are now on holiday in Norway where I needed the items. They are too late .

Mal servicio online. El producto llega dañado y no facilitan la devolución. Necesitaba un bañador y desde luego jamás volveré a confiar en que Quicksilver me lo puede dar. Poco profesionales, todo hecho para quitar el dinero y sin ética alguna.

Horrível fiz minha encomenda dia 14 disseram que chegaria dia 16 ou 17 de julho ainda estou à espera
Je suis déçu car j'avais commandé 4 T-shirts et je n'en ai reçu uniquement 2. J'ai reçu l'information au bout de 4 jours que 2 étaient en rupture de stock. Après réception les 2 T-shirts qui étaient en taille L, l'un est très serré l'autre très large.
Lieferung erfolgte erst nach rund 1 1/2 Wochen ohne jede Information darüber, warum und bis wann sich die Lieferung verzögert. Mein Stornowunsxh nach über 10 Woche ohne Lieferung wurde ignoriert und die Monkey Abyss geliefert, als ich diese nicht mehr benötigte, da sie für den Urlaub bestellt hatte. Anfragen an den Kundenservice müssen durch Double opt in bestätigt werden…was für ein Unsinn. Leider keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

Absence of customer service, order made more than a week, not being processed yet, no communication how so ever. 100 marketing emails a day but no one came back to me about my order and my support request.

I've not received my order and I can't view any tracking information.
Ainda não recebi a encomenda, não tenho acesso ao tracking
Quando fiz a compra dia 15 de julho tinha no site duas datas de entrega, expresso no dia 16 de julho e standard a partir de dia 17 de julho. Optei pelo expresso e paguei 12€ adicionais, no entanto a minha encomenda foi enviada apenas no dia 22 e recebida a 23 de julho. Enviei e-mail e apenas obtive uma resposta automática padrão! Desculpem mas acho um serviço muito mau para uma marca como a Quiksilver, senti-me enganado, se não conseguem garantir os prazos retirem as datas do site pois eu não precisaria ter pago mais 12€ para receber a encomenda muito depois do prazo indicado.

Dauer von 10 Tagen zur Bearbeitung nicht akzeptabel. Lieferung nach Deutschland mit DPD ist nogo. Nach knapp drei Wochen jetzt leider ohne Lieferung in Urlauv. Fail.
