I like the products and the website works well. Minus 1 mark because I didn't get sent any tracking info for my package.
Ordering online was easy and the product information was good. I found the product pics helpful to gauge length and shape. Ordered a fleece at sale price and it's excellent. Nice long fit and good quality and stylish too. Delivery was fairly quick.
The delivery was quick, my return hasn't been received yet so I can't rate that. The item itself was really long which wasn't shown in the pictures and also there was a big white logo on the front which also wasn't shown on the pictures . You would get less returns if your pictures of the item were accurate.

Out of stock items are available to purchase on the website. You can order something which subsequently gets cancelled which is pretty frustrating.

It's not in stock so the moneys in the bank and it takes a week to get back ….how lovely …no sorry no nothing so when you order anything be very aware it may not turn up and your moneys not yours for a while

good quality but high price especially certain product. Also your board shorts are not up to the job for watersports, they rip very easily.
