Delayed and split order and very hard to contact customer relations to get any useful information to trace second part. I fact - I'm still waiting on them won't order from them again. Unfortunate as I have worn QS for 30 years and love them but this app & website has proved sh1te

No confirmation for delivery chased and was given false information and nearly didn't get parcel as royal mail tried several times to deliver with like i said no confirmation tracking etc it was lucky i went to the postoffice when i did as they were gonna send back to you
