Not received and no response from Quiksilver
Quick delivery of quality product.
I have sent two messages about my last order which have been ignored.
Terrible quality, took about 20 emails to get a return label.
11 days after my order I still don't have the goods paid for. Customer support appears to be a bot which adds no value. Tracking makes no sense even after translation to English. Information at time of sale was not complete. I would not consider buying from Quicksilver again.

The customer experience is just too confusing between your app and website. Arranging returns is so difficult. It's all too complicated.
