My parcel was never received and we will now not have the item before my vacation. Customer service is non existent. Apparently they will open a case once I write a statement and sign it? Does not having the item be enough evidence. How do I do this if I do not have a printer as well. Never using this site again.

Very slow order processing and delivery. When you are competing with Amazon who offer same or next day delivery, taking nearly 2 weeks just doesn't cut it.
The flip flops I purchased had a foot print, and dirt on the top face. Clearly not brand new although there was no noticeable wear on the sole of the shoe. One I had cleaned and disinfected them, they were fine.
