I did not receive an order confirmation email wen I pkaced the order
Now I am trying to make a return, I followed the instructions but the webpage says my order number is not recognised. I emailed customer service to ask advice & so far no response.

Great quality product & quick delivery
I have not received my refund after 13 working days of my return being delivered and there is no response from the customer service after I complained. This is just appalling customer service. I had to use Paypal resolution center and now I am waiting for a reply.

My order was split and the realistic delivery time not made clear. Items were therefore very delayed and I would not have made the purchase if the delivery time had been transparent. I contacted customer service three times and did not receive a response.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong location, which is not quicksilvers fault, but had I got a confirmation of delivery email, I would have raised the issue sooner. When I eventually found out there was an issue I raised it with QS but after 5 days still no reply.
