I didnt recieve what I paid for and no response when complained
Slow delivery, no response from customer service, same sizes all different fits, xl t shirt should be the same sizing regardless of pattern not different fits on each one, quality has definitely dropped significantly from previous years, t shirts used to last for years of use now I expect them to deteriorate after a few washes
I paid for express delivery in order to have these in time for holidays. When I'd returned from holidays they STILL hadn't arrived. I received them 12 days after purchase. I complained and asked for a refund of delivery fee. Heard nothing back. You seem like you really don't care about your customers. Very amateur unprofessional company. Won't shop here again.
I paid for express shipping 2-3 days and got the product 10 days later when I needed it for a trip
I ordered 2 items, order 13292066, only received one with the other item not delivered or stolen/missing in transit. Then I have to fill out a Declaration of Honour form, whilst I've still been charged for both items. Very poor service and follow up.
Serious lack of customer service. Won't be ordering again. Wasted money on express delivery and can't even get a hold of anyone to ask for a refund. Disappointing because I love the products but the service just doesn't match

Firstly I like Quicksilver products and have been purchasing and wearing them for years.
It was straight forward buying online from Quicksilver and the items arrived as promised.
Quality of product and service
3 mediumn size standard fit tshirts. Love the design and fit if 2 of them but One of them is huge. Far too big
Poor communication, all channels, chat bot and phone, slow dispatch timeline and delivery times. I purchased express delivery which is useless if it takes a week to dispatch a item in-stock. Really disappointing.

Customer Service is practically non existent. Delivery was missing items, after contacting customer service I received a generic automated response. It says to reply to the mail for an agent but nobody has contacted me after a few days.
Stay clear and buy local.

Reliable service with great products nd prices
I like the variety of stock and the look, design and style of Quicksilver. It's not my 1st purchase of Quicksilver clothing and most definitely won't be my last.
All good. More tracking information would be better. Estimate delivery date was days off.
I really like the quality and style. I just returned because what I bought on that time didn't fit well on me.
