I still haven't received my order three weeks later
Order took ages to arrive. Got refunded, then charged again. The delivery shown up and it's the wrong shoes and the wrong size. Nothing about the order is correct. Iv contacted you but not had a reply, no refund, no correction, just a survey...?

The shows we ordered were different to the ones we received. Didn't send a notification that they were out of stock just sent a completely differ pair! My daughter was very upset, but as she had been waiting for them for a while decided to keep them anyway. Not cool DC
I would give you higher, if you kept the customer more up dated on delivery then them contacting you.
I had an absolute night mare getting my item had to get Paypal involved to sort it sent many emails asking where my order was and zero response other than automated witch was useless took 2 weeks to despatch and only happened once I opened a case up with PayPal horrendous communication would not use again or recommend these where a birthday gift that arrived way too late

J'ai commandé des baskets et j'ai reçu du café j'ai fait des réclamations aucune réponse aucun suivi client rien du tout ce matin j'ai ouvert un litige auprès de PayPal car vous êtes complètement nul c'est la dernière fois de ma vie que je commande sur votre site et vu le service après-vente vous êtes un site d'arnaque !!!

Lors de ma commande et paiement les 4 paires de chaussures étaient disponibles en stock et le lendemain un message me disant qu'il y avait eu une forte demande et qu un article n était plus disponible !! Je ne trouve pas ça normal ! D où la note donnee

Don't want to be a Karen, but... I did the first order on your swiss website, as someone stole my DC jacket (size XL) so I ordered a navigator jacket size XL (as I'm 188 cm almost 100 kg) and a shirt size L. The price was very interesting, and I always believe in placing a direct order, to sustain culture and brands, instead of doing it on Zalando. Both of them were enormous, gigantic, and I sent them back cause I would never wear them. Next time I'll buy whatever brand I find inside a physical store, as online shopping for clothes it's so inconsistent it makes it hard to trust sizes even from the same brand.
