Price was good, liked the shoes, delivery was a bit slow for one pair and no real explanation until I asked. Happy overall though.
Ever have a problem but the delay in delivery was abnormally large no communication or email or actual Date of delivery they just turned up after my mums birthday so great made me look bad. She does love them though been purchasing her them for years now at least 13

Me habéis mandado las zapatillas por Seur, ignoraron las indicaciones para entregarlas en mi casa el viernes por la tarde y las han dejado en un punto de recogida porque les ha dado la gana, para colmo habiéndolas dejado a la hora que lo han hecho no puedo recogerlas hasta mañana Unas zapatillas que debían traerme el viernes a mi casa las tengo que ir a buscar yo el martes, esa empresa da un pedazo de mierda de servicio y lo peor es que algunas marcas todavía la usáis.

Mein Sohn hat sie anprobiert und etwas an den Schuhbändern gezogen, dann ist sofort das obere Loch ausgerissen. Die Löcher sind allesamt nicht mit einer Öse ausgestattet die das Loch verstärkt. Ich habe sofort eine Retoure ausgedruckt, bei der Auswahl der Gründe warum ich zurücksende, war leider beschädigte Ware oder schlechte Qualität nicht aufgeführt und ich habe bei „Ware gefällt nicht“ den Haken gesetzt. Mal sehen, ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme.
