Tracking was not provided, the link on the email never worked. Then when returns finding how to do it was very difficult. Then seems like I was charged the return for each item even though I send them together so technically it should have been only one charge.

Although I haven't yet worn the 3 pairs of trainers I bought recently, I have constantly returned to DC Shoes for over 20 years, when I first found the website online as every pair I have bought are very sturdy, well fitting, comfortable and long lasting shoes. I would recommend these shoes to everybody AND they are a brand that caters of adults with SMALLER feet too...not all of them do. That's why I have recommended them to my niece who struggles to find a size 3 shoe size elsewhere.

Verkeerd product ontvangen (foto's op de site komen niet overeen met de ontvangen schoenen) en contact met de klantenservice neemt lange tijd in beslag. Na een week nog geen reactie van een medewerker (wel een AI-reactie).
