Shoes are great, but delivery times are poor for a modern supply chain
Great brand and great service
order not received and refund not been processed.
Took over 3 weeks for my order to be dispatched and arrive yet state 5-7 days. When I emailed customer service I feel I got a rude and abrupt response and wasnt professional in manner.
Just the cleanest, comfiest shoes.. haven't owned a pair of DC shoes since I was like 18 but this design feels so refined and sleek. Love em.
Delivery took 2 weeks with noexplanation. Part of my order was cancelled due to the shoes being out of stock despite being in stock on the website when I purchased them. Quite honestly very bad service

Poor service initially - order took over 14 days to arrive and customer service appalling. I have had to return part of the order and 10 days later I have had no confirmation of receipt or refund. Will never use this company again.
Shoes were perfect my daughter loves them
I'm giving 7/10 only because I had to wait 10 days for the order (it was during the Easter holidays, so that might be why). The shoes are super comfortable and the quality is premium — I recommend them.

I`ve been wearing mostly DC Shoes for years and they rarely disappoint - they are so comfortable , most new shoes require breaking in and can hurt ,but personally i cant remember a pair that i had to break in with DC shoes.
