I made my order got my confirmation but that was it, I didn't get a shipping notification and the only way I knew it must be on it's way was the fact the money had come out a week after placing the order, I also never got any notification to who was bringing it and then the package was just left on my door step for the world to see one day , so even tho I am a huge fan of DC shoes and the product was good the information I was provided on my package was non existent.
They are super comfy and look amazing, the shipping was super quick too!!!

Order took ages to arrive. Got refunded, then charged again. The delivery shown up and it's the wrong shoes and the wrong size. Nothing about the order is correct. Iv contacted you but not had a reply, no refund, no correction, just a survey...?

The shows we ordered were different to the ones we received. Didn't send a notification that they were out of stock just sent a completely differ pair! My daughter was very upset, but as she had been waiting for them for a while decided to keep them anyway.

I would give you higher, if you kept the customer more up dated on delivery then them contacting you.
I had an absolute night mare getting my item had to get Paypal involved to sort it sent many emails asking where my order was and zero response other than automated witch was useless took 2 weeks to despatch and only happened once I opened a case up with PayPal horrendous communication would not use again or recommend these where a birthday gift that arrived way too late

Insoles are in different sizes. Left shoe size 8 and right one size 9. I contacted you team about it but no luck... Lack of customer service!!!

The delivery of the item was much slower than anticipated, with communications after ordering being very sparse. I contacted the customer service email and received an automated email in return, which seemed AI derived. I emailed back for further updates from a member of staff, which never came. I did eventually receive my order, although had no updates regarding the dispatch or tracking progress. The shoes were correct and arrived well packaged, although I felt that DC Shoes' aftercare is severely lacking, which appears to be the case for others after looking at reviews online.
