Have been wearing DC shoes now for 20 years and don't plan to change that 
Fast delivery great shoes perfect
Never received my order! Countless attempts to report it and contact customer but absolutely no reply
The wrong size was sent and customer service was none existent. Tried 4 emails with pictures and no response, I've now returned the wrong item and won't risk repurchasing as I've lost confidence it will be correct.
Shoes are very comfortable and where delivered in good time.
Email said up to 48hrs to dispatch.
Its took 2 weeks but the worst part was I had no way to speak to anyone just your stupid AI chat giving me the run around!!!
Its ridiculous you take people's money, then don't ship when you say you're going to and then leave people no way to speak to a person.
I even posted on your social media to get some sort of response but got nothing!
Trainers are amazing. Communication could have been better and shipping times were a little long though, around ten days.

I have emailed regarding the trainers, they are far too small and are not a UK size 8 as stated. I don't think it is fair I pay £11 to return items that are incorrectly sized. I have not received a response yet

I believe you get good value for money. Quality goods.
Only four stars as took over a week to dispatch my order. When I tried to contact them to chase it up I discovered that they have no phone number or email address. The only method is an online contact form which was next to useless as the responses you get back are generic AI responses rather than a person at the other end actually looking into the issue and coming back to you with you information or resolutions. When I tried to reply to the email more than once I never received any reply.
The shoes I ordered however were of the usual good quality, when they finally arrived

This is the first pair of DC shoes I've ever had or tried on. I needed a pair for a trip that were stylish and durable but mainly comfy and well made due to having wide feet. These are absolutely perfect for me, worth twice the money I paid and I will be ordering more these are insane value.
