Waited 14 days to receive the item and could not communicate with anyone but AI as your phone lines are conveniently cut off so I tried cancelling the order to end up receiving it anyways after my trip to France so absolute joke of a company and will never be shopping with you again .

Communication was poor. the delivery was slow. I lodged the customer service enquiry and you did not respond. You cancelled the delivery of the shoes which was the main item that I wanted.

Order had wrong address on email confirmation. Customer services could not change it. Order was delievered to wrong address but fortuneately was refused and returned to sender. In the mean-time i had changed bank accounts meaning that my original card was no longer valid and customer services could not refund me !! So i have no shoes and no money !!

Great products, fast shipping, no delivery fee for members (free to join). The only downside is that they reel you in with coupon codes, which are never valid/have confusing terms. I even referred someone and never received the payout, so maybe don't bother with their affiliate thingy.
