Love the choice of styles and colours. Prices are amazing. 
I always struggle to choose shoes/give up my old pair. I spent weeks looking and then my partner suggested DC shoes. I went from not being able to find a pair to not being able to choose a pair!! But I finally did and I LOVE them! Will definitely be buying a selection!
I still haven't received my order and noone is even bothering to answer any of my emails. Its an absolute joke, i am furious right now.

My delivery has gone missing and you haven't even messaged to say where it is after 2 weeks.
The website doesn't consistently search in the way I expect. If I search for all size 16 court graffik then I want to see all of them whether they are on sale or not.
And despite ordering the shoes weeks ago they still haven't been delivered!
Order cancelled after 3 weeks.
I love Dc they are so comfortable really good price and reliable and knowing ken block was a big part of dc just makes it all worth while

haven't received the delivery and it's been almost a month, sent an email to ask about shipping delays and haven't been responded to. estimated delivery in the uk is up to 10 days so i don't understand what has happened, and why i can't get an answer.
The question asks about following the order would I recommend and I absolutely would not. I placed an order earlier this month and I got an email that the package had been shipped on the 10th then on the 11th it said it had been delivered. Nothing had been delivered to my address and I checked with my neighbours in case the driver had forgotten to post a note through the door. I contacted via the website but after a few days of nothing I downloaded he DPD app and seen that the parcel hadn't left the Netherlands, I called DPD and was told that there have been issues with this carrier and that the parcel will have been shipped back to DC shoes and to contact them. I again filled out an online form and finally received a reply just apologising that it has been delayed but no update on when I can expect my shoes. I am awaiting the shoes for an occasion but I now have to go and get other shoes as they have still it arrived 2 weeks later
My trainers never arrived and DC customer service haven't provided an update

Ordered shoes for daughter 3 weeks in advance. They never came I had to chase the order up and on the end the order was cancelled due to logistic problems. So i got a refund no apology nothing won't be ordering of here again
Easy to order, and delivery was super fast. Great price too, cheapest I found, great bargain.
Missing item. Can't contact a human as hard as you try just idiotic bots. The pair of shoes that did turn up were the wrong colour. Can't send back just stuck in a loop of shit idiotic bots.
DC I have worn your shoes since 1998 that is the only reason you have one star.
The entire retail world had gone to shit, great if stuff turns up as ordered if it's wrong you're basically fucked. No phone number, no email to a real person you owe me £70 for a pair of pixies that didn't turn up, and if I wanted black court graffix I would have ordered black, not fucking green like I asked for.

Dc shoes did not provide customs info so I have not received the shoes yet and had no response to my many emails/social media posts disgusting customer service
Three weeks since I ordered a pair of trainers and still not delivered. I have emailed twice, the first time I had no response and the second time I was told to to open multiple cases ,but how am I supposed to know with no initial response.

Originally purchased wrong size, return and refund was super fast enabling me to but the right size, I do however wish that you could just swap sizes instead of having to wait for a refund but ultimately a great service

Not revised my sons shoes yet I orderd on the 9th June they said 10 days delivery I have had no email to say there is a delay. I have sent emails to customer service to see what's going on and had no response I don't no what to do because my son really wants the shoes I feel like I have lost the money now
