Wasn't clear that it would take a week for the shoes to ship. The shoes went down in price before they were shipped and before I was charged but I was still charged the higher amount. I contacted customer service to find out an ETA and to question the price and got a generic response back that didn't address or answer either of my questions. Really frustrating, will never order directly from you again.

Placed an order on 23rd January and the shoes were not delivered until 2nd February. The shoes which were delivered were not the ones ordered. I contacted customer services who replied saying they would look into this, but after 5 days there has been no further communication and our query has remain unanswered and unresolved. Delivery is very slow and after sales service poor.

No update on order placed over a week ago, thats still not been sent or delivered.
My trainers took over a week to arrive. I got the wrong trainers and queried it that day. Still have yet to have an outcome after messaging again. Poor customer service and still not the trainers I ordered but yet £65 out of pocket. Very disappointed.

Ordered shoes are unbelievably narrow, I don't have wide feet and have never had to consider the width of a shoe, i can barely get my foot in these
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered on 18 January and my order sat in “preparing” for days with ZERO real updates. Customer service was slow, automated, and completely useless.
When the shoes finally arrived (only just on the birthday), they were NOT what I ordered. How does a company mess up something that basic?
Now I'm stuck dealing with more delays and vague responses for a mistake THEY made and I'm still waiting to get my money back. Stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable. I will never order from DC Shoes again.
