Terrible logistics, order tracking, after sales service and communication. 11 days to travel 100 miles is appalling.

I've sent multiple complaint emails about how my order was handled and I am yet to receive a reply. I placed my order and they refunded my order about a week later without telling me why, then 5 days later they took the payment again and sent out my order. I'm furious as there was a whole 5 day window that I could only assume my order was cancelled. With the money that was refunded I then bought some boots elsewhere only to be left out of pocket when you took the money again. The complete lack of communication through this whole process has been incredibly unprofessional from such a highly reputable company. I want answers.

Poor customer service, no updates on the order I made, no way to contact support other than by email then you have to wait a long time for a response. My order was allegedly stuck with customs for 2 weeks
Extremely delayed shipment for 2+ weeks with NO response to multiple emails. When payment was cancelled and refund for what was already paid requested, having opened a dispute with my bank, suddenly my request for refund from them was ignored, and my shipment sent out, with a load of crap email about how the shipment was stuck and their I.T department had gone down for weeks. Will never use this company again, ever.

Long wait for product and no communication
My son has had DC SHOES for years and will not ware anything else as they last for years
they are the comfiest shoes I have ever worn and they just fit so perfect even though I got a size too big
We all love DCs the only reason this isn't a 10 is because there was a delay in the shipping and they didn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. An email update would have heped.
Always has been easy and great ordering directly. Always delivered fast and not ever had an issue with any items I ordered for the last few years.

Great shoes. But took over 2 weeks to arrive.
The shoes don't fit they are so small I could barely get my foot in the shoes and they are not going to give a full refund
The shoes that i was sent were dirty and appeared worn. They do not look new.
I have been trying to return them but they try to charge you for shipping ckst for the return.
Customer service is useless, you just get automated responses which don't relate to what you have said.
