The lack of response to my enquiry regarding the delay to my order. I have emailed 3 times to find out what is going on to only receive and AI automated reply not answering the question. I've been waiting now for nearly 2 weeks for my order. Disappointing as I love Quicksilver products and and a member of the online members area.

On the item I bought the quality of fabric and making were good. The delivery was on time and I was kept up to date on my order throughout the process. The actual style didn't suit me so I was able to return the item without any issues. I'll continue to use and recommend Quiksilver.

I haven't received my order yet. Royal Mail returned it to sender three days ago and when I informed you yesterday I haven't heard anything since. There was not a house nane on the address but I did enter one. However your auto fill address routine defaulted to my address without the house name. Very disappointing.

The package arrived late and I couldn't return it. I ordered it so it arrived before my departure abroad. It didn't arrive. When I tried to see if I could cancel order, I was told no. Only way was to refuse to accept it when it was dekivered. Hard when I had left.

Great Quiksilver products, have been a wearer for many years, just done my first online order for two pairs of Summer flip-flops, both arrived safe and sound as expected! When I contacted Customer Services about the order, the response was swift and effectively answered my questions-really impressed with the online service, website is great and I love my new flops! I have not received my refund after 13 working days of my return being delivered and there is no response from the customer service after I complained. This is just appalling customer service. I had to use Paypal resolution center and now I am waiting for a reply.
