Great product. Great service.
Item ordered on 28th May for a birthday on 7th June. No sign of the item being delivered (13th June). No reply to report of missing item. Appalling service and a complete waste of money.
Excellent online shopping experience. Easy to process, on time delivery, easy return process. There is no exchange policy unfortunately, so we had to return and re-order the larger size of the item.

Unfortunately your request for feedback has arrived before the items that I have purchased and the tracking details provided give no clues as to the whereabouts or likely time of arrival, merely stating…“on route to final destination”.

Sizing doesn't match guide on website, customer service takes an eternity to reply, in fact I'm still waiting…
because I couldn't try it on to see if it fits as no refunds are given on items word and out of their packing. It was a waste of time and money

I love the brand and the style. Unfortunately, these days your biggest size is one size too small for me (and I'm really not huge). Therefore couldn't unfortunately recommend you to any similarly sized (or larger) friends
