ISO 20488Late delivery - too long. Quality of the product not great
Easy ordering & fast delivery
A strange experience ordering from this company. I'd ordered four t shirts and they arrived as a split order, with two arriving rather quickly then the remaining two following on about a week later. But there was no communication from the seller or carrier on delivery times or dates and they just turned up unannounced. Luckily I was home at the time. The quality seems reasonable, although one T is a little lightweight and this may be down to the colour process and origin of manufacture.
Placed an order on 5th February. Amount charged but no confirmation order and customer service haven't come back to me yet

was disappointed with my order experience. My order was split into two deliveries, which not only created more packaging waste but also increased the carbon footprint unnecessarily. One of the items—a hat—was not suitable as it was far too small, more appropriate for a baby or toddler rather than a child, and I had to return it.
What was particularly frustrating was that the replacement or alternative item was held for another two weeks, which is an unreasonably long wait. Customer service throughout this process was poor, offering little support or guidance.
Overall, I feel items should only be sold if they are in stock, and deliveries should be managed more efficiently to avoid unnecessary waste and frustration for customers.

I received the wrong item in the Medium size. I would like to order again but the discount offered on that first purchase is not available for a second purchase but it is not my fault it was the wrong item.
