Poor communication - No estimated delivery date was given, and when I contact customer service, no-one replied. I received no shipment notification and had already purchased the items elsewhere when they appeared on my door mat.
Dispatch is far TOO SLOW. Eight days on some of my orders still not dispatched after! !

Quicksilver doesn't charge for delivery , the product comes on time. The delivery is very good and organised.

I had confusion over the delivery of an order, orderd 3 items ,only 2 were in the package and no note to say the other item to follow. Emailed quicksilver and informed items come from differnt suppliers and will follow. Arrived few days later.
