Messaging was good. DPD were very poor. Said they tried to deliver but did not (we have CCTV and no record of an attempted drop off) . Caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration waiting for a delivery at a post office the following day.

A strange experience ordering from this company. I'd ordered four t shirts and they arrived as a split order, with two arriving rather quickly then the remaining two following on about a week later. But there was no communication from the seller or carrier on delivery times or dates and they just turned up unannounced. Luckily I was home at the time. The quality seems reasonable, although one T is a little lightweight and this may be down to the colour process and origin of manufacture.
Placed an order on 5th February. Amount charged but no confirmation order and customer service haven't come back to me yet
