Very disappointing customer service. I received completely incorrect items and, despite contacting customer service and providing photographic evidence, I received no acknowledgement or support for over a week. I was eventually left with no option but to return the items and cancel my original order. To make matters worse, the return process indicated that a return fee would be deducted, even though the return was entirely due to the company's error.
I would have loved to give a rating of 10, but! Due to a particular ‘black and red Bob marley collabo' shorts, that has completely disappeared from the product range (and size 34 went out of stock super fast);
I was hoping it would come back in stock.
So, on that note:
I do like the quality of products the brand has on offer, hence why I'll still give a 7 on ratings.
