I bought ski pants. The product was delivered as specified, and the pants fit, which isn't always the situation when buying online.

I was sent the wrong size. I contacted customer service to ask for the correct size to be sent and sent a photo of the wrong item. Their response was simply 'please send a photo as proof'. This indicates a lack of care and not reviewing my contract properly. I sent more photos and a week on have heard nothing from them. Terrible customer service, would not use again.
I am still awaiting my item purchased on 23rd Feb. I have contacted customer services a number of times, given a tracking link twice that does not work. Asked for them to chase this up, give me a tracking number that works and still nothing. I've reached out via email and Messenger, no reply on Messenger. Email I've received the same, almost "automated" response. Sadly, I won't purchase from them again unless this is resolved expediently.

My delivery has not turned up three weeks later and no response from emails
While the top is nice I feel overcharged. I used the sign up voucher (this showed as a reduction initially)but my final payment went through at full price. I emailed customer services and got no reply. If the item hadn't been needed as a prese (and I had no time to send it back) I would have returned for full refund.

I love the product I received. However on the day it arrived, I then got another sale notification which the same coat was included at an additional 25% off sale items. So it felt disappointing to have missed out
It's very well made, has lovely material, beautiful pattern and its lined but not padded which made you feel decent but not bulky + it's doesn't feel as if it would fall off if you were swimming or surfing

Easy to order, well packaged, delivered quickly. Nice quality suitcase, will see how well it holds up when my daughter takes it on holiday. Quite compact able, and very lightweight.
Still not received my order after a week and no communication on when it will be delivered. Ordered ski trousers, going skiing in a week so probably won't get them in time despite ordering well in advance. I'm very unlikely to purchase from Roxy again to be honest.

Only one out of 3 items was delivered & your tracker showed none had been delivered at that time. Unhelpful. Then, weeks later you emailed to say the jumper would not be delivered. Still no refund for that. Then the 3rd item arrived. Poor communication & no refund yet!
