Awful service. Late delivery and no notification of delivery, not from Roxy or delivery company to let me know it was out for delivery and when it's expected. First time ordering online from Roxy, and last time.

Great website. Order arrived quickly. Great quality coat and very good price in the Sale. Padded coat with waterproof coating in a lovely colour. I like the clothes as the colours are brighter and more colourful than most high street stores. The clothes are both practical and look great. Returns process is easy and free. The size of the coat was bigger than I expected and need to buy a size down. Would buy again.
The delivery took too long and when I spoke to customer service they couldn't give me an answer about how long it would take

If you're in the market for a sleeveless jacket, congratulations - this one is for you! If, however, you were hoping for a winter jacket with sleeves that actually stay on when you want them on, keep scrolling.
For the price, this was a seriously disappointing purchase. When the sleeves are attached, there's no proper closure to secure them, so the sleeve zips immediately undo themselves every time you put the jacket on, lift your arms, or stretch forward. The result? Sleeves that try to escape on contact.
Unfortunately, I removed the tags and wore the jacket as I had purchased it just before my winter holiday and needed a jacket at the time - otherwise, I would certainly have returned it.
Very frustrating, very impractical, and completely unexpected from Roxy - a brand I usually trust to get the basics right.

Quality products and great offers
No response from Roxy to return issues I was having, awful returns procedure generally and very unhelpful.
Discovered a hole in one of the dresses I'd ordered. Unfortunately I had already washed it. I've emailed multiple times asking if it can be returned as faulty, but I've had no response to my emails other than automated. I will never buy from this company again.
The quality of the product and the fast delivery
The product wasn't very good, so I returned it last week and am still waiting for the refund to be issued. No communication from you so tracked the returned parcel with evri and discovered it's still not arrived. Tried to contact your customer service to enquire what the issue was and when a refund might be issued and only got sent help pages. Very poor customer service and a disappointing shopping experience
No order confirmation email, difficult return process and size XS is as big as S.

Very pleased with the swimming costume I ordered
Ordered a longboard nearly 3 weeks ago for my partners birthday which is this Thursday and I still haven't received the board. I have messaged several times and even contacted the social media and not had a single reply. The tracking information hasn't updated and it seems it's lost and nobody wants to help. Really disappointed considering I like the brand and my partner really does too.
