Sending the wrong shoes I did not order for my son's birthday, literally ruined a kids birthday! Awful no customer help, emailed and emailed and no help. It's quicksilver not DC who send! Be very careful I wish I'd read trust Poilet reviews before purchased. Worn dc's for 20 years. I won't be buying again. Stated 5/7 days took longer. To send baby blue shoe when I ordered black and red. Just lazy.

Everything is out of stock all the time and then when I finally managed to order the shoes I wanted, they never came and it took ages to figure out what's going on. There were no update emails etc. didn't end up receiving my package. But at least the staff who emailed me were respectful and replied fast.

Weil ihr mich per Mail genervt habt , dass ich eine Bewerbung abgeben soll Lieferung wie erwartet und 42,5 passt wie angegossen . Die Serie der Schuhe ist wirklich nice , do sind gut gefüttert und warm und sehen halt geilo aus . Hab die auch nochmal in schwarz bestellt !! :)
