Sizes have shrunk. My current size 42 DC shoes fit perfectly but I had to return the new size 42 and then you have the liberty to charge me for return for your error. I will never buy from you again.
Have always loved DC shoes. Although have found in the last few years that need to go up a size as they seem thinner than they used to be and that the rubber grip doesn't tend to be that great on wet floors anymore.

You sent me the wrong item, after a more than two week delay in sending, and now nobody is getting back to me despite several attempts to contact you to rectify it! Please contact me by return to sort this out- I'm out of pocket and my daughter is missing her birthday gift.
