sent the wrong shoes and i had to just return them and wait for a refund rather than them sending me the shoes i actually ordered, went to re-order the shoes i originally ordered and they were out of stock

The website is abominably slow literally minutes to load, ordered on the 23rd January it's now the 5th Feb, no sign of goods, haven't used DC in a couple of years, remember now why
Waited weeks for shoes to find wrong item delivered. Response from customer service “item
Was not incorrect, image on website was incorrect”.
Not helpful.
Should have read the reviews. A common story I believe. Avoid!

My trainers took over a week to arrive. I got the wrong trainers and queried it that day. Still have yet to have an outcome after messaging again. Poor customer service and still not the trainers I ordered but yet £65 out of pocket. Very disappointed.
