Mi experiencia con DC Shoes ha sido bastante mala. Hice un pedido el 4 de febrero y solo he recibido parte del envío: llegó la sudadera, pero falta una camiseta. El transportista confirma que solo hubo un paquete y no existe segundo seguimiento.
Contacté con atención al cliente y solo recibí una respuesta automática que no soluciona nada ni revisa mi caso concreto. Sigo sin el producto y sin una solución clara.
Esperaba más seriedad en la gestión de pedidos e incidencias. De momento, servicio al cliente muy poco útil.

Abwicklung und Bezahlung 10/10, auch die Qualität der Schuhe 10/10. Ein Punkt weniger, weil die Schuhe sehr steif sind. Der eingearbeitete Lederschutz an der Ferse ist in der ersten Zeit sehr hart und kann zu Schürfungen an der Ferse führen.

The delivery of the item was much slower than anticipated, with communications after ordering being very sparse. I contacted the customer service email and received an automated email in return, which seemed AI derived. I emailed back for further updates from a member of staff, which never came. I did eventually receive my order, although had no updates regarding the dispatch or tracking progress. The shoes were correct and arrived well packaged, although I felt that DC Shoes' aftercare is severely lacking, which appears to be the case for others after looking at reviews online.
