Die Lieferung kam nur zur Hälfte an. Die Kommunikation zur Aufklärung mit dem Kundenservice ist SEHR schlecht bis jetzt und hilft nicht weiter. Keine Lösung bislang.

Ich habe die falsche Ware zugeschickt bekommen. Bei einer Retoure muss ich die Kosten selbst übernehmen wie es scheint. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit einen Kundenservice telefonisch zu erreichen. Ich habe es nun per Email versucht. Sollte ich keine Rückmeldung bekommen werde ich definitiv nichts mehr bei DC Shoes bestellen.

I received no confirmation email. I contacted DC Shoes. On numerous occasions but not once did you respond?! The shoes arrived after 3 weeks of placing the order. I did not think I was going get them based on your Trustpilot reviews and your appallingly bad customer service.
