Unfortunately I've rated in the mid range because although I love the brand, style, products and quality I still have not received my item over 2 weeks since ordering and I didn't get much reassurance from customer care. This hasn't happened before.

First of all I'm a huge fan of the brand DC Shoes and especially DC sneakers for over 20 years. I have 8 pairs that I use regularly but I take good care of them. So I may be some what partial. The website and webshop is easy to navigate and I have no problem finding what I'm looking for. I ordered the shoes on the 5th of May with a estimated date of the 13th for delivery. Perfect, my wife's birthday was the next day, unfortunately they didn't turn up until almost a week later. It's actually quite bad because I checked every day and they weren't dispatched until the 11th of May. Why is this service so bad for such a big company?
