After placing and paying for the order, I then got told that I could no longer have the white T-shirt I'd already paid for as it was out of stock. Then the delivery was very delayed and missed giving it for my husbands birthday.

Il confezionamento dell'oggetto da spedire è di livello non professionale.
Va bene che come primo acquisto la spedizione era gratuita ma lo avete spedito dentro un sacchetto di carta senza nessuna protezione, se si rompeva il sacchetto l'oggetto sarebbe andato perso. L'oggetto è piaciuto alla persona a cui lo abbiamo regalato ma mi sarei vergognato se le avessi consegnato l'oggetto come é arrivato al locker.
