On the item I bought the quality of fabric and making were good. The delivery was on time and I was kept up to date on my order throughout the process. The actual style didn't suit me so I was able to return the item without any issues. I'll continue to use and recommend Quiksilver.

I haven't received my order yet. Royal Mail returned it to sender three days ago and when I informed you yesterday I haven't heard anything since. There was not a house nane on the address but I did enter one. However your auto fill address routine defaulted to my address without the house name. Very disappointing.

Customer service is horrendous. Tee shirts don't last as long. Sizing is all over the shop. I've used this brand since I was a kid and have lost all confidence in it.
