My order wasn't wasn't dispatched for 14 days. Trying to contact DC I was met with automated responses and wasn't able to directly communicate with a real person easily. When I did get a person I was told they would contact me with an update and they didn't which meant I had to re-open a ticket to get to another person. All in all communication was atrocious. There is no easy way to resolve issue when they arise.
I've bought DCs since the early 2000s and they are always great quality, stylish and comfortable. Ordering is easy and although delivery isn't the fastest, there's never been an issue.
The shoes took about 12 days to arrive! Was told they'd be here in 4. They were a birthday present, that arrived after the birthday. Communication was shocking, just telling me they were on the way!
I'd order locally. I didn't realise the shipping was international, and despite the fact I was told when the orde was placed it would be with me in the usual three days, it took over a fortnight.
There's nobody to talk to, you can't cancel. Utterly deplorable customer service.

Livraison un peu lente par rapport à ce qui était annoncé initialement, mais choix de produits génial, super qualité des chaussures, et prix très compétitif en étant membre! Continuez comme ça !! ❤️

perchè ho ordinato una giacca ed un pantalone, ho ricevuto solo la giacca e non ho ancora avuto riscontro dal servizio clienti che sostiene che la spedizione è regolare. Fino ad ora lo reputo un pessimo servizio
