1. eine Bestellung 2 Stück Pakete aus unterschiedlichen Verteilzentren aus Frankreich. Die Jacke sieht auf den Bildern offen sehr gut aus. ich bin 1.75 groß und habe eine M bestellt. Geschlossen sieht die Jacke leider aus wie ein grauer Sack. ich weiß nicht wer die entworfen hat, aber das geht an jeglichem Markt und meinem Geschmack vorbei. Eurer Rückversand ist super einfach. Nur möchte ich den eigentlich nicht nutzen. ich sehe wieder einmal, das man 1. viel Zeit mit dem Onlineeinkauf, 2. mit der Inhaltsüberraschung und 3. mit dem Rückversand verbringt. Grundlegend bin ich von euren Produkten überzeugt.

Sin previo aviso, dividís una compra en dos pagos y dos envíos. Una de las cajas me llega abierta y manipulada, faltando 1 de las sudaderas de adulto, experiencia horrible, no hay manera de reclamarlo…
No por la atención al cliente, es imposible contactar con ellos. Por correo te responde un robot y no te dan solución a la incidencia. Falta un producto del pedido y no se sabe si devolverán el dinero o viene en otro paquete. Cero correo de seguimiento del paquete

Ordering online was easy and the product information was good. I found the product pics helpful to gauge length and shape. Ordered a fleece at sale price and it's excellent. Nice long fit and good quality and stylish too. Delivery was fairly quick.
The delivery was quick, my return hasn't been received yet so I can't rate that. The item itself was really long which wasn't shown in the pictures and also there was a big white logo on the front which also wasn't shown on the pictures . You would get less returns if your pictures of the item were accurate.
