I did not receive my order. And no reply's to emails regarding my delivery.
Haven't received trainers. No communication. Been around 3 weeks waiting now.
Order still not delivered
I still haven't received my order and despite contacting customer services 3 times, I've had no response.
Geweldige schoenen. Snelle levering.
Marked as delivered but did not arrive. Support does not answer my emails. Many others have had the same problem. Either you are having bad problems or are a scam.
Parcel hasn't been scanned in over a week. I haven't received it and cannot speak with anyone your side to find on what is going on
I've bought DC shoes for years. The Court Graffik are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I've been buying them for over 20 years now.
My order never arrived. Was told it was delivered but it wasn't
Ordered almost a month ago. Email to chase. Nothing! Ordered for an occasion. Never ordering from them again
shittest service in the world + no customer service at all
Ordered a pair of trainers and they somehow messed up the delivery process and I've waited nearly 2 weeks for them with barely any customer support definitely would be very anxious to order again
My order did not arrive and I have not received any correspondence or refund back
Delivery
Terrible experience, received no notifications for order being out for delivery. After the 5 business days had passed I attempted to contact and received no response. After 10 business days have passed I still had no response and contacted dpd directly who informed me that they would never have been able to deliver my order as it has been given to them without my address but with only a postcode to delivery too. Therefore the package has gone missing and it will be down to yourselves to launch an enquiry which of course your not doing as there has been no attempted to look into my missing parcel from my enquiry sent.
I have not received my order, despite it being placed 14 days ago, and have no idea where it is as the tracking information supplied is incorrect. I have not had a response to any queries submitted via the Contact Us page of the website and only managed to speak to someone once via an unpublished phone number provided via PayPal. Ridiculously bad customer service and would advise all to stay well away.
Keep it up Great
my shoes are still not here yet and it's been 3 weeks since i've ordered them
Great service and discount
They have still not arrived

Item not delivered, conflicting delivery information and non existent customer service. No direct contact only email and they dont reply. No option to cancel or anything literally just stuck. Beyond a joke
Qualité des articles, suivi de livraison top
Hi. I gave this rating as my son in law loves your products. The shoes are a gift for him.
