Oredered trainers 15 days ago. Advised to allow 10 days incase being dispatched from Europe warehouse. Item dispatched from Netherlands but not updated on tracking for 11 days. Contacted customer service to chase as in urgent need of the trainers now but no response. Useless customer service, really not good enough that taken payment & followed through to deliver goods. Will be taking up with ombudsman

I love DC Shoes, I really do, however my reason for my recent purchase was to replace a pair I'd purchased only a couple of months ago which developed a fault (the strap fell apart). I had reached out to the DC team to resolve this however after the initial auto-response I got ignored, which is a real shame as like I said I really like DC Shoes

Great product , great price and great service top class
Zit al ruim een week te wachten en heb mijn schoenen nog niet binnen. Dacht een paar leuke schoenen te bestellen voor mijn vakantie, maar ben nu zonder schoenen op vakantie. DC Shoes, ik zou een andere vervoerder aanraden.
Mi queja con no es con la marca en general ni con el envío ,si no con el producto ,el diseño me gusta mucho pero no son tan cómodas como se ven y me generan heridas en los dedos del pie ...pero el resto de los productos me gustan mucho.

good selection and easy to use website however I was not informed at the time of purchase how long it would take for the shoes to arrive. nearly a month later isn't great without prior notification

When reordering a siz bigger the price had gone up again so l did not want to buy. I bought first at £52 and now its £75

It's been 14 days, I still haven't received my item, the tracking didn't work and when I emailed customer service I got pretty much no reply. I'm still waiting on a reply or my item. The tracking is now saying it's been delivered but it hasn't.
Misleading delivery time. Shoes took over 2 weeks to arrive
I haven't received the order after 2 weeks. Contacted after sale service and all I got was a generic ai email. Also I've Tried to contact them because of a pair of shoes that are faulty and same generic reply with no follow up. That's a disgrace for such a company treating a huge fan like that. Unfortunately I won't be buying again from DC either in the website or a shop.
