One of the items—a hat—was not suitable as it was far too small, more appropriate for a baby or toddler rather than a child, and I had to return it.
What was particularly frustrating was that the replacement or alternative item was held for another two weeks, which is an unreasonably long wait. Customer service throughout this process was poor, offering little support or guidance.
Overall, I feel items should only be sold if they are in stock, and deliveries should be managed more efficiently to avoid unnecessary waste and frustration for customers.
