Une fois la commande passée retour en 2000 : 0 info sur le statut de la commande est ça met 15j à arriver alors que le produit était dispo sur le site. Pire il arrive en 2 livraisons et dans les relais colis que je n'avais pas sélectionné
No customer service and long time before items were shipped
J'ai commandé le 1/07 et vous proposiez livraison expess » avec une date de livraison au 03/07. J'ai payé 10€95 pour avoir cette livraison à temps… or le colis a été expédié le 06/07!!! On est loin de la livraison express! Je suis très déçue et je ne comprends pas que vous puissiez indiquer une date de livraison le 03/07 quand vous n'envoyez le colis que le 6/07 !

Slow delivery, no response from customer service, same sizes all different fits, xl t shirt should be the same sizing regardless of pattern not different fits on each one, quality has definitely dropped significantly from previous years, t shirts used to last for years of use now I expect them to deteriorate after a few washes

I have not received my refund after 13 working days of my return being delivered and there is no response from the customer service after I complained. This is just appalling customer service. I had to use Paypal resolution center and now I am waiting for a reply.

Verkeerde product geleverd. Kinderslippers ipv zwembroek. Geen telefonisch contact mogelijk en nog steeds geen reactie op meerdere emails hoe/wanneer dit opgelost zal worden.

I placed an order and received an order confirmation, but my credit card was never charged. Two days later, I noticed that the order status had changed to “Error.” I contacted customer service through the website's contact form on 1 July. Today is 14 July, and I still have not received any response. There is no visible phone number to call and no email address where customers can directly contact the company. On 2 July, I placed a new order. This time, the order was confirmed correctly and my credit card was charged. However, the order was not shipped until 9 July. On 9 July, after waiting a full week with no shipment and receiving no response from customer service, I submitted another contact form asking to cancel the order. I no longer needed the items because I had purchased similar products from another brand for my holiday. The order was then shipped on 9 July, despite my cancellation request. Tracking showed that the parcel arrived at a sorting centre in Germany on 10 July. Four days later, it still had not been delivered to my address in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The complete lack of customer service, the very slow shipping and the absence of any direct contact method make this an extremely frustrating and unreliable shopping experience. There is no customer service. The shipping speed is absolutely horrible.

Bon produit mais la taille réelle n etait pas du tout en adéquation avec le tableau des mesures/tailles que j avais suivi.

Habe wegen Fehlbestellung sofort Korrekturwunsch per Mail geschickt. Dennoch falsche Zustellung und ausser Empfangsbestätigung für Mail keine inhaltliche Stellungnahme. Professioneller Kundendienst geht anders.

j'ai commandé 3 articles,et on me prévient seulement quelques jours après validation de cette commande , qu'un article n'est pas dispo, or j'ai découvert à la livraison que 2 articles n'étaient plus dispo. énorme déception !
