You don't answer your emails, so poor customer service. You don't acknowledge a return parcel. Your refund process time is VERY slow

I like the shoes but never have the colour or style I want. I did order a pair of shoes that I am very happy with but I never got an update on my order unless I signed in and checked myself, and after about 14 days I was getting a bit worried.

Long time customer, the quality is back to what it used to be
Dispatch took a long time. My email took ages to be replied to. The shoes all came up very small and I'm still waiting for my refund nearly 2 weeks after returning them.
I did not received my order yet
Shoes took too long to be delivered, were not comfortable and when returned there was no communication. Really difficult to contact anyone
Shoe design, quality and packaging is great as usual just had slight issues with delivery where the money was refunded back to me, the shoe was delivered and then the money was later taken out of my account days after. All of this happened with no communication, but the shoe arrived in perfect condition and the correct amount was charged so not too concerning.

Speedy delivery, quality as always outstanding
I've sent multiple complaint emails about how my order was handled and I am yet to receive a reply. I placed my order and they refunded my order about a week later without telling me why, then 5 days later they took the payment again and sent out my order. I'm furious as there was a whole 5 day window that I could only assume my order was cancelled. With the money that was refunded I then bought some boots elsewhere only to be left out of pocket when you took the money again. The complete lack of communication through this whole process has been incredibly unprofessional from such a highly reputable company. I want answers.
