Have high tops in 5 fit fine but these trainers come up so small. Didnt realise until already worn for an hour how uncomfortable they'd be...bit of a waste of money.

Orders are taking too long. I placed an order on May 17th and it hasn't arrived, and nobody is giving me an explanation.

Good shoes, just took a while to be delivered
Took over 1 week to confirm the order, took over 10 days to deliver. I think you only confirmed the order after I followed up. Product seems to be pretty good. Just dont expect good customer service.
Bad communication. No email to say delivered. Left behind a bush for 4 days as had no idea delivery had happened. Ordered another pair before these ones and haven't got them. Emailed asking if right colour was being sent as pic was different in confirmation order email and got an email back that made no sense. Just generally a bad experience.

A line was missed from the address. Tried to message you twice through the website with no response. No phone number or email address to contact you. Been 3 weeks since ordering placed and two weeks since it was shipped and Item hasn't arrived.
I am getting nowhere with a dispute I raised.
Apparently the parcel was left outside and I'm told it's been delivered.
It wasn't. I have checked around with neighbours and no one has seen it.
I have sent various emails only for them to be ignored.

Order didn't get dispatched for 2 weeks and customer service was useless told me they would sort it and get back to me and never did
I ordered size 8 and got size 9 and returned them and as yet i still haven't seen a refund or the question about whether or not i would like a replacement, i would like a black pair size eight, but if you can't do that i would like a refund, thankyou.
I got a 5 and there quite big still I have a lot of toe room but there so beautiful but I wish they also came with extra laces
Product not a true size (very tight), delivery time was appalling and responses to emails were almost non-existent and those which were answered did not arrive timely. Terrible customer service
My order wasn't wasn't dispatched for 14 days. Trying to contact DC I was met with automated responses and wasn't able to directly communicate with a real person easily. When I did get a person I was told they would contact me with an update and they didn't which meant I had to re-open a ticket to get to another person. All in all communication was atrocious. There is no easy way to resolve issue when they arise.
I've bought DCs since the early 2000s and they are always great quality, stylish and comfortable. Ordering is easy and although delivery isn't the fastest, there's never been an issue.
The shoes took about 12 days to arrive! Was told they'd be here in 4. They were a birthday present, that arrived after the birthday. Communication was shocking, just telling me they were on the way!
Customer service is just as useful as a chocolate teapot. If I was to buy dc shoes again I will be using a local shop who stock the shoes.

Nice fast service, but trying to contact customer services about a refund/replacement due to Royal mail not delivering package correctly has taken far too long. ive sent around 3 or 4 emails and still not reply.
