I haven't received the order after 2 weeks. Contacted after sale service and all I got was a generic ai email. Also I've Tried to contact them because of a pair of shoes that are faulty and same generic reply with no follow up. That's a disgrace for such a company treating a huge fan like that. Unfortunately I won't be buying again from DC either in the website or a shop.

Two weeks after my purchase my shoes haven't arrived, multiple queries have been ignored, all I get is automated responses, and I keep being asked to review a product I haven't received! Oh and I've been locked out of tracking for no discernible reason. Why won't a human help me? You have my money and I have no product and no recourse!

there is no tracking information on the order. I am getting no resposnse from the company when i have sent an email through their website, or socials
It's been over a week since i ordered my daughter's shoes and we still haven't received them or received any tracking details. The email states that if I click on my order number on my DC shoes account that I can view my parcel tracking details there and yet nothing happened when I tried it.
Easy to use website and the customer service is amazing if you ever have a problem.
Havent even recieved my order ans custoner service is awful still trying to get a refund. Can not get any tracking as now says im blocked. Apsolutely awful not everyone can afford to lose money like that.
Unfortunately I've rated in the mid range because although I love the brand, style, products and quality I still have not received my item over 2 weeks since ordering and I didn't get much reassurance from customer care. This hasn't happened before.
I ordered the shoes on the 5th of May with a estimated date of the 13th for delivery. Perfect, my wife's birthday was the next day, unfortunately they didn't turn up until almost a week later. It's actually quite bad because I checked every day and they weren't dispatched until the 11th of May. Why is this service so bad for such a big company?

Nothing wrong with the service. I've been out of touch with skating for a while I didn't know you were owned by a large corporation. Will use smaller skater brands in future.
5 days to leave warehouse, 2 weeks later shoes with DPD and still not delivered!
I am still waiting on part of the delivery 2 pairs of shoes order was placed on the 5th and its the 31st and im still waiting
My shoes are already falling apart and delivery took much longer than quoted and informed by customer service without any updates!
Absolutley love dcs been buying them for years. They are so comfortable would recommend to anyone!
