I love DC trainers and own quite a few pairs. Delivery is always super fast and communication throughout the process is fantastic.

Used to have great offers but these are few and far between now. Love the products, just wish they were cheaper.
It has been over 10 days and I still haven't received my order. I also cannot see any way to track the order - my account just says shipped

Sending the wrong shoes I did not order for my son's birthday, literally ruined a kids birthday! Awful no customer help, emailed and emailed and no help. It's quicksilver not DC who send! Be very careful I wish I'd read trust Poilet reviews before purchased. Worn dc's for 20 years. I won't be buying again. Stated 5/7 days took longer. To send baby blue shoe when I ordered black and red. Just lazy.

Everything is out of stock all the time and then when I finally managed to order the shoes I wanted, they never came and it took ages to figure out what's going on. There were no update emails etc. didn't end up receiving my package. But at least the staff who emailed me were respectful and replied fast.
