I haven't received my order, it's showing as delivered but when I contacted dpd they said it has never been into the UK, they sent it to Netherlands and back to Belgium, I can't get in contact with anyone from the company after sending numerous emails, so dont know when i will receive refund, iwill never purchase from here again.

Because I still haven't received my item
My shoes have not turned up and it was for my nieces birthday. Dpd said it was delivered and it wasn't. I have contacted customer service no response.
I will never order from this website ever again. I still have not received my order, customer service no longer respond to me and I am just waiting for DPD to get back to me regarding the status of the parcel before initiating a charge back with my bank. But the website will have zero issues in sending you daily spam emails and even emails asking for reviews on items you haven't even received yet.
Stay away from this website, buy your DCs in stores until this dreadful site is overhauled. I wish I looked at reviews prior to ordering, this is not an isolated issue.
Awful delivery and customer service
Order still hasn't arrived, 13 days after being placed. Unable to track using the link provided. Ended up ordering from another company, who managed next day delivery.
Not sure if this parcel will ever arrive and will then have the hassle of returning it. Very disappointing, will not use again
After 14 days my order has still not arrived and contacting you is impossible.
Order was broken up over 3 weeks which wasnt on the order when buying. In 2026 its normal to have updated tracking info on any online order. I'd be hesitant to order again as im not sure when i would actually recieve my items
So far I haven't received my order #13250893 . DPD claims to have delivered this on Friday 4th June - There was no notification of delivery (which normally happens), I was in the majority of the day and no attempts to deliver were made. I have emailed regarding this, but have received a generic email informing me my delivery can take up to 10 days, despite me emailing to tell them that on the DPD tracking it is already down as delivered.
I have not yet been informed that the purchase has been sent off, nor has it arrived
I received damaged shoes, have opened a customer support ticket about it but am being ignored, I also haven't received the second pair of shoes in my order, again I am being ignored about this. Shocking customer service.
They never replied to emails and I haven't received my parcel or my full refund this is not very nice is it ?!!!

Oredered trainers 15 days ago. Advised to allow 10 days incase being dispatched from Europe warehouse. Item dispatched from Netherlands but not updated on tracking for 11 days. Contacted customer service to chase as in urgent need of the trainers now but no response. Useless customer service, really not good enough that taken payment & followed through to deliver goods. Will be taking up with ombudsman

I love DC Shoes, I really do, however my reason for my recent purchase was to replace a pair I'd purchased only a couple of months ago which developed a fault (the strap fell apart). I had reached out to the DC team to resolve this however after the initial auto-response I got ignored, which is a real shame as like I said I really like DC Shoes

It's been 14 days, I still haven't received my item, the tracking didn't work and when I emailed customer service I got pretty much no reply. I'm still waiting on a reply or my item. The tracking is now saying it's been delivered but it hasn't.
