Ordered a pair of trainers and they somehow messed up the delivery process and I've waited nearly 2 weeks for them with barely any customer support definitely would be very anxious to order again

Terrible experience, received no notifications for order being out for delivery. After the 5 business days had passed I attempted to contact and received no response. After 10 business days have passed I still had no response and contacted dpd directly who informed me that they would never have been able to deliver my order as it has been given to them without my address but with only a postcode to delivery too. Therefore the package has gone missing and it will be down to yourselves to launch an enquiry which of course your not doing as there has been no attempted to look into my missing parcel from my enquiry sent.

I have not received my order, despite it being placed 14 days ago, and have no idea where it is as the tracking information supplied is incorrect. I have not had a response to any queries submitted via the Contact Us page of the website and only managed to speak to someone once via an unpublished phone number provided via PayPal. Ridiculously bad customer service and would advise all to stay well away.

I am still waiting for my trainers ordered on 3rd June, shipped on 6th June. Sent an email yesterday morning and still waiting for a response from DC Shoes, absolutely dreadful service.

My shoes seem to have been sent to the wrong address and now they are completely ignoring my emails, sadly, even though I love DC shoes, I don't recommend buying from here based on my experience when it all goes wrong, customer care is terrible.

You sent them out with the address as only EH42 1GG, DPD sent them back to you on 11 June. I dont have my shoes you have my money and you have never updated me. I have emailed and then complained not even an acknowledgement from you. WTF is going on with your company! Email me and send me my shoes!

Never received my order/ tracking number they provided with dpd never existed (I contacted dpd for clarification) and after emailing several times I've had no response even after asking for a refund it's been an absolute joke would never advise anyone to buy from them
