Ordered a Tshirt for my son. Arrived fine, but wasn't suitable. Tried to arrange a return online but it says my order number doesnt exist. Sent a message on the 14th, its been 10 days and Ive had no response.
Waited 14 days to receive the item and could not communicate with anyone but AI as your phone lines are conveniently cut off so I tried cancelling the order to end up receiving it anyways after my trip to France so absolute joke of a company and will never be shopping with you again .
The shoes were good once they turned up but we had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive. There was very little communication advising of delivery or dispatch times.

Communication was poor. the delivery was slow. I lodged the customer service enquiry and you did not respond. You cancelled the delivery of the shoes which was the main item that I wanted.

Shoes arrived within 2 days. They were competitively priced and are of the superior quality expected from DC Shoes.
Order had wrong address on email confirmation. Customer services could not change it. Order was delievered to wrong address but fortuneately was refused and returned to sender. In the mean-time i had changed bank accounts meaning that my original card was no longer valid and customer services could not refund me !! So i have no shoes and no money !!
